Joseph A. Perillo, 91 of Wilkes-Barre, passed away at Embassy of Wyoming Valley on November 27. His beloved wife of 72 years, Phyllis, preceded him in death in 2024, and his son Joey Perillo, Jr. preceded him in 2023.
Joseph worked at My Brother’s Place as a general contractor until his retirement.
Joseph is survived by his children Teena Perillo, Tony and his wife Teresa Perillo, David and his wife Dorothy Perillo, Michael Perillo, and Jo Ann Brooks, grandchildren Christine Stabile, her husband Giovanni, and their son Lorenzo, Angelo Gulla, Neena Schutz, Jennifer Perillo, Joey Perillo, Samantha Mason, her husband Rob, and their son Kane, Amanda Perillo, her daughter Ellie and her son Braxton Burns, and David, Tom, and Carlos Perillo, and daughter-in-law Arlene.
His viewing will be held Sunday, December 7 from 3-4:30pm at Mamary-Durkin Funeral & Cremation Services, 59 Parrish St. Wilkes-Barre. A blessing service will take place in the funeral home at 4:30pm. Interment will be private in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Twp.
