Noah Leroy Taylor September 17, 2026

Noah Leroy Taylor went to Heaven on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Noah was born at CHOP on August 17, 2025 to Toni Marie Skibinski and Joseph Taylor, who miss him more than words can say. He also leaves behind his bother Lukas, grandparents Lisa Skibinski and Bernard Skibinski, Jr., and many extended family members at home and at CHOP.

Noah was born with a rare cardiac disease known as LTGA & Ebstein’s Anomaly, which presented a lifetime of challenges for him throughout his 13 months with us. He had a knack for keeping the staff on their toes, but his contagious smile left a tremendous impact on the nurses and staff at CHOP.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Karen and Russell Taylor and maternal great-grandparents Mary and Andrew Krysick and Bernard Skibinski, Sr.

All arrangements are private from Mamary-Durkin Funeral & Cremation Services, 59 Parrish Street, Wilkes-Barre.

    Toni, Joseph, and Lukas—
I send my condolences and deepest prayers to your family. Baby Noah was such a light on the unit and always a pleasure to take care of. I will always remember him as our silly little friend who loved his jungle gym, skeleton fish teether, dobby stuffie, and mama cuddles. Getting to know your family over the last 13 months has been truly such a pleasure. Toni, your advocacy and fight for Noah was so special to witness. You are the definition of what I define as “a mothers love”. You loved and advocated for Noah fiercely and passionately—things that often get hard after spending so much time in the CICU. Noah will surely live on in the CICU and will be remembered by his sweet smiles. I pray for his peace and comfort surrounded by all of his favorite things in Heaven, and I pray for peace for your family as well. I will never forget being his “godmother” and though he has many other godmothers and fathers on the unit, I take so much pride and joy in being his nurse on his day of Baptism.
Sending your family all my love, Micaela
