Jane R. Tudgay of Hanover Twp. passed away Wednesday morning, Oct. 26, 2022 at Highland Manor, Exeter.
Born Aug. 1, 1927, in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Sr. and Laura Roberts.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Wyndham Tudgay; daughter, Wendy Thayne; and brother, Thomas Roberts, Jr.
She is survived by her daughter, Judith Tudgay; and son, John (Toni) Tudgay; grandchildren, Lori (Christopher) Street, Megan (Michael) Kelly and Ashley Tudgay; great-grandchildren, Kasey and Charlotte Street and Aiden and Laura Kelly; sister, Peggy and brother-in-law Barry Breese; sister-in-law Theresa Fox; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Jane was a longtime member of Baptist Tabernacle Church, Wilkes-Barre.
The family would like to thank the staff at Highland Manor, especially AJ, for their care.
A viewing will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday with a 3:30 p.m. service from Mamary-Durkin Funeral and Cremation Services, 59 Parrish St., Wilkes-Barre, with the Rev. Valerie Black officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
